Job description:
As a Quant Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data & analytics strategy, leveraging and optimizing our existing data architecture. Key responsibilities include streamlining data ingestion, integrating relevant (big) data sources, collaborating with the business on decision-making, analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the digitalization vision within Private Equity.
- Enhance data pipelines, visualizations (graphs), and analytical tools for increased professionalism.
- Conduct thematic research with a quantitative focus on pertinent topics to evaluate the impact on the investment portfolio.
- Transform research findings into robust analytics with minimal maintenance requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher with high distinction in quantitative methods, mathematics, or a related statistical/data-oriented field from a top-tier school.
- Relevant experience as a quant developer or quantitative analyst.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Dash).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Long-term value creation mindset: broad-minded, innovative, forward-thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to address a diverse range of demands.
- Profound knowledge of English language.
- Willing to undertake occasional regional travel.
