The role

We are looking for a Medior Performance Reporting Specialist for the Performance Measurement & Risk Attribution team within Risk Services in CFRO AM.

 

As part of the team, you are responsible for the measurement, analysis and evaluation of investment portfolio results across the full range of asset classes. Through highquality, stakeholderrelevant reporting and analysis, you enable better decisionmaking. You act as an advisor and sparring partner to stakeholders, providing insight, review and challenge where needed.

 

You will also play an important role in the ongoing transformation of Performance Measurement. This includes improving systems, processes and ways of working to achieve operational excellence, evolving the IT landscape towards a futurefit model, and advancing methodologies and reporting in line with stakeholder needs.

 

This position is based in Amsterdam.

 

What you would do

  • Transform the Performance function (second line) by improving processes, ways of working, and the future IT and tooling landscape.
  • Continuously analyze stakeholder information needs and translate these into effective reporting solutions.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain performance and risk reporting products to support decisionmaking, both operationally and conceptually.
  • Improve existing reports by increasing accessibility, expanding content where needed, and enhancing insight and quality (including quantitative analysis at total portfolio level).
  • Develop and propose performance policies and contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of performance measurement and attribution methodologies.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert by identifying improvement opportunities, applying new methodologies or techniques, and sharing expertise and advice / challenge across the organization.

 

What you bring

  • Academic (WO) level of working and thinking, with a degree in a relevant field; postacademic education such as CFA and/or a quantitative background is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performance measurement and risk attribution.
  • In-depth expertise in performance measurement methodologies, combined with awareness of internal and external reporting developments.
  • Broad knowledge of major financial instruments, enabling quantitative analysis at total portfolio level.
  • Strong digital skills, including the ability to drive innovation in performance measurement products and translate ideas into implemented solutions using tools such as Python, Alteryx or Qlik.
  • Experience with, and knowledge of, applying AI in a performance measurement context.
  • A strong analytical mindset and proven ability to innovate and drive change.
  • Proactive team player with a cando mentality and experience in guiding colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, where interests may differ.
