What we do offer you

In most cases we mention a salary range in our job descriptions. You receive holiday pay in May (8%) and in December you receive a 13th month (8.33%) in addition to your salary.

Most of the time you will choose by yourself whether you work from home or at the office. Working hours are variable. We offer you € 850 to set up a home office. Furthermore you will receive an internet compensation of € 35 net per month. You can have your home workplace examined to check if it's ergonomically compliant. Workation? You are allowed to work from abroad for a maximum of one month per year ( EU country).

Because we find it important that you get enough rest, we offer 27 days’ vacation, you can buy extra leave, we have a diversity day (exchange Good Friday for another religious Bank holiday), additional birth leave, and we offer the possibility of taking a sabbatical.

We are attaching importance to sustainable commuting and therefore offer you free business public transport (1st class) and a bicycle plan. If you commute by bicycle (23 ct) or by car (19 ct), we reimburse the expenses per kilometer. It's also possible to combine different means of transport. 

We like to encourage you to continue learning. We therefore reimburse 100% of your (relevant) study expenses, offer plenty of opportunities for internal learning and experience programs and opportunities for promotion. You're elegible for two 'Future Days' a year to work on the future of yourself, another or society.

You feeling good about yourself is of immense value to us. For that reason you can use our annual 'vital through life' budget of €200 net or regularly undergo a personal health check. We also pay attention to your financial health and pay attention to colleagues with informal care tasks. You will receive a monthly vitality contribution of 0.8% of your salary, and you can get a discount on your sports subscription via bedrijfsfitness.nl.

We are happy to contribute € 300 net a year to the costs of childcare if your child goes to a day care facility.
