The role

We are looking for a Medior Compliance Officer Change for the Strategic Risk Management & Risk Governance team at CFRO APG AM.

 

You, as part of our team, execute compliance activities from second line perspective in regard to the transition of APG AM. You do so by contributing to the success of projects and the necessary change/transition by means of sound project risk management and oversight. You bring in your compliance expertise and collaborate also closely with our Compliance AM team. The activities also include strategic risk management activities such as, among others, early insights into emerging risks. The team serves as the linking pin for our business when it comes to change related questions and project risk management from a second line perspective.

 

This position is based in Amsterdam. 

 

What you would do

  • Provide project risk management for AM projects, including oversight of the Transition.
  • Work on change initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic risk management activities, including emerging risks to ensure more proactivity regarding risk management of strategic risks.
  • Contribute to the Risk Management Framework of APG AM, in particular to compliance policies, where relevant.
  • Provide advice on projects regarding compliance matters and collaborate closely with Compliance AM.

 

What you bring

  • You have an HBO / (Post) academic (WO) working and thinking level with an academic degree in a relevant field.
  • You have a recognized Compliance accreditation, such as the DSI compliance professional.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant compliance experience, with demonstrated exposure to multiple areas of the Compliance spectrum and the ability to connect and integrate these domains.
  • Excellent communication (in Dutch and English, verbally and written) and listening skills.
  • Strong change mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment. This includes a proven track record of involvement from Compliance perspective in multi-disciplinary, organization wide projects.
  • You are a proactive team player with a can-do mentality.
  • Strong problem-solving, persuading skills as well as result orientation.
  • You get energy from collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and feel comfortable representing your view towards stakeholders including challenge and proactively approaching stakeholders, where necessary.
