Working from home is the most sustainable way of working

Working from home is relaxed, efficient and sustainable. No commuting during the busy morning rush hour. Full focus while writing a memo. Your own coffee, walk in your sweatpants and throw some laundry in the washing machine.

Hybrid employment conditions

Your home workplace is well equipped, because you can spend 850 euros on it every 5 years. You will also receive an internet allowance of 30 euros per month. You can also have your home workspace ergonomically checked.

Workspace concept

We have designed our offices according to the latest insights of hybrid working. We have zones to brainstorm, to collaborate, to concentrate, to have a private phone call or MS Teams meeting, etc. We call that our workspace concept.

We believe that meeting each other in real life contributes to a better working atmosphere, more enjoyable collaboration and better results. Our starting point is that you spend approximately half of your working time in the office.

Meeting rooms, call booths, sound-absorbing seating areas, quiet zones, lots of greenery, delicious coffee & tea, a company restaurant with an extensive range. You will find it all at our modern offices in Heerlen and Amsterdam. The workstations are equipped with two screens as standard and the desks are height-adjustable.

Digital collaboration is in our genes

Because our offices in Heerlen and Amsterdam are not close to each other, we were already used to working together digitally before Covid. Teams often consist of people located in Heerlen ánd Amsterdam. Sometimes we visit each other - in Heerlen or Amsterdam - or meet at a location in the center of the country. For our international investments we can even be found in the US, Asia and Brussels.
