Our starting point is: everyone is welcome at APG and you can be completely yourself. Within APG there is no room for indesirable behavior such as discrimination, (sexual) intimidation, 

racism, insults and bullying.

Communities play an important role in promoting diversity, equality and inclusion by representing specific target groups within our organization. They contribute to the visibility of their target group, create awareness and enter into dialogue with employees and the organization.
