As a Data Analyst Regulatory at APG, you’ll translate European regulations into data-driven solutions. You’ll also help modernize existing systems—often built on outdated technology—into scalable, future-ready applications. Your work directly contributes to the pension assets of millions of Dutch citizens.
The role
In this hybrid role, you’ll combine deep data expertise with business analysis and development skills.
You’ll assess the impact of both new and existing laws and regulations, translating them into concrete solutions within our IT landscape. Using modern tools like Alteryx, Posit (RStudio), Streamlit, Python, SQL, Databricks, and Azure DevOps, you’ll unlock, model, and visualize data.
You’ll be involved in every phase of regulatory implementation—from analysis to execution—working closely with colleagues from Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Trading, and IT. You’ll play a key role in replacing legacy solutions and integrating them into future-proof architectures.
We work according to the SAFe methodology, in multidisciplinary teams where collaboration, transparency, and open communication are central. You’ll join an open and approachable culture where we support each other and build sustainable solutions together.
