As a Product Owner, you are one of the critical factors in the Value Stream Invest Money to deliver business value. You are responsible for the product lines "Alternative Investments” to deliver prioritized Epics/Features/User Stories and IT Operations to our Business Owners. This will be performed in close collaboration with the Release Train Engineers and other Product Owners required to deliver the Business Value.

The Product Owner is responsible for creating and maintaining an aligned vision and roadmap for the assigned product line. Continuous improvement should be second nature to a Product Owner.

Location of this position is Heerlen, but a regular presence in our building in Amsterdam is required.

The Product Owner "Alternative Investments" reports directly to the Value Stream Manager Invest Money.
 

This is what you offer

We are looking for people that:

  • have a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Sciences, or comparable level of working experience;
  • are certified SAFe® Product Owner, and have a broad and relevant work experience within an Agile environment;
  • have more than 10 years of work experience with IT Service Delivery in complex environments comparable to AM;
  • have a broad knowledge of our product line ‘Alternative Investments’ and the solutions to be a sparring partner for your business owners;
  • have excellent communication of the English language, both oral and written; you must have strong presentation and negotiation skills, organization sensitive;
  • are empathic with cross culture aspects of working in international and inclusive teams;
  • have experience with the operation of an asset manager and its clients, and you understand and recognize the key stakeholders in AM processes;
  • have a high degree of persuasiveness and you also encourage others to apply new information and ideas effectively;
  • are able to efficiently achieve the agreed results.
